The cottage has three bedrooms to sleep six people. The main bedroom is en-suite with double bed.
The remaining two bedrooms are twin rooms which are suitable for adults and children alike.
There is a spacious main bathroom with bath and separate shower.
Living accomodation consists of well equiped modern kitchen with washer /dryer, microwave, modern oven and hob. The kitchen is open plan to dining room through to living room with open log fire for added cosiness in the evening.
From the Dining Room there is a stone patio area with breathtaking views over lake and there is also wooden decking to relax in the evening.
The area at the back of Cottage is laid in lawn with lots of wide open spaces for children to play safely.
A barbecue is available wth garden table and chairs for outdoor dining.
To compliment cottage visitors have private access to Lake and fishing stands, which is ideal for adults and children alike. We have three fishing stands, one with wheelchair access. The tranquility of the waters edge and surrounding area is sure to revitalise you and is the ultimate way for a family to enjoy fishing on their doorstep. Lattone Lough is a fresh water lake and you will catch Wild Brown Trout and Perch in abundance.
For the more enthusiastic angler we are located beside Lough McNean(2miles) and Lough Melvin(6Miles) and Lough Erne(10miles), where you will find some of the finest fishing available in Europe.
The lake is abundant with native wild brown trout running to around the 2lbs mark - throwing up an occasional larger fish.
Perch are also plentiful with some very large specimens - running in excess of 3lb.
The lake is wheelchair friendly with a number of wooden platforms constructed to accomodate wheelchair bound anglers.
The surrounding landscape is awash with numerous large loughs and forgotten smaller waters. The larger Loughs - Melvin, Macnean and Erne can be targetted for some exceptional game and course fishing. For the more adventurous angler a look at the Ordnance Survey maps will reveal a treasure trove of numerous, untouched waters dotted throughout the landscape.
