The cottage has three bedrooms to sleep six people. The main bedroom is en-suite with double bed.

The remaining two bedrooms are twins rooms which are suitable for adults and children alike, including a colour T.V.

Living accomodation consists of well equiped modern kitchen with washer /dryer, microwave, modern oven and hob. The kitchen

is open plan to dining room through to living room with open log fire for added cosiness in the evening.

There is a spacious main bathroom with bath and separate shower.

OUTDOOR FACILITIES

From Dining Room there is a stone patio area with breathtaking views over lake and there is also wooden decking to relax in the evening.

The area at the back of Cottage is laid in lawn with lots of wide open spaces for children to play safely. 

A barbecue is available wth garden table and chairs for outdoor dining.
